An award winning builder, Creuzot Homes is where we will make your “DREAMS” come true! Specializing in new construction, renovations and project management Creuzot Homes also provides sub-contracting for framing, finishing and basements. We take pride in our quality workmanship and professional expertise. I am a 4th generation builder with over 35 years experience with a journeymen’s carpentry ticket. Creuzot Homes and Construction incorporated in 1995 and is proud to be celebrating 28 years in business!

Through our many years in the building industry we have gained certification as an “R-2000 builder and also a “Built Green BC” builder. Creuzot Homes has obtained both the CRB (Certified Residential Builder) and RHP (Residential Housing Professional) designations. As of 2015 it is mandatory for builders to have a minimum set of educational requirements in order to be granted permission to become a licensed builder. To set ourselves above and beyond our competition, we attended all of these courses in 1997-nearly 20 years before they were mandatory. Creuzot Homes strives for greatness, and that is why we continually build our knowledge through CPD’s (Continuing Professional Development Courses).

At Creuzot Homes we put our customers needs first and with the environment near the top of the list these days, it is our goal to build towards building only to “Built Green” environmentally friendly standards. This is a goal we are proud to say that we are well on our way to achieving.

We are members of the Canadian Home Builders Association of Northern BC. (CHBA-NBC). Creuzot Homes is fully insured with a general liability policy with a current City of Prince George Business license. HPO Residential Builders License (2034), up to date WCB and home warranty provided through Travelers Guarantee (00073).
